Terms & Conditions

1. About Us 

Kokoro and Foodsta Rewards are owned and operated by Foodsta Kitchens (Maan Restaurant Private Limited).

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, app, and ordering services. 

2. Orders & Delivery 

  • Orders can be placed only if your delivery address falls within the serviceable area of a Kokoro outlet.  

  • Orders are routed to the nearest available restaurant based on your location.  

  • Delivery is subject to restaurant availability and operating hours.  

  • If your location is not serviceable, you may opt for takeaway from the nearest outlet (where available).  

  • A minimum order value may apply and will be displayed at checkout.  

3. Menu & Availability 

  • Menu items displayed are based on availability at the selected outlet.  

  • Certain items may not be available at all locations.  

  • In case an item is unavailable after order placement, the order may be modified or cancelled, and you will be informed accordingly.  

4. Pricing & Payments 

  • Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.  

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.  

  • Kokoro does not store your credit or debit card details.  

  • In case of failed or cancelled orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.  

 

5. Offers & Coupons 

  • Offers and coupons are valid only if explicitly stated on Kokoro’s official platforms or communication channels.  

  • Coupon codes must be applied at the time of checkout to be valid.  

  • Coupons are subject to specific terms, including validity period and minimum order value.  

  • Kokoro reserves the right to accept or reject any coupon without prior notice.  

  • Expired or invalid coupons will not be honoured.  

6. Order Changes & Cancellation 

  • Once an order is placed, it may not be modified or cancelled through the platform.  

  • In case of issues such as item unavailability, Kokoro may cancel the order and initiate a refund where applicable.  

  • Order status updates may be obtained through the platform or customer support.  

7. User Responsibilities 

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information while placing orders.  

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.  

  • Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you.  

8. Use of Platform 

  • The Kokoro platform must not be used for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.  

  • Misuse of offers, system abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or restriction.  

 

9. Limitation of Liability 

  • Kokoro is not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to network issues, weather conditions, or third-party service disruptions.  

  • Kokoro shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.  

10. Intellectual Property 

  • All content on the Kokoro platform, including branding, logos, text, and visuals, is the property of Foodsta Kitchens and may not be used without permission.  

11. Third-Party Services 

  • Kokoro may rely on third-party providers for delivery, payments, and other services.  

  • We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third parties, though we work with trusted partners.  

12. Changes to Terms 

  • Kokoro reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.  

  • Updated terms will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. 

 

13. Governing Law 

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.  

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Foodsta Kitchens operates.
